Traditional matcha preparation
With the matcha set you achieve creamy, fine-pored foam entirely without electrical devices — a moment of calm, concentration and enjoyment in four steps:

Sift
Sift 1–2 g of matcha through the sieve into the chawan.

Pour
Add 60–80 ml of hot (not boiling) water.

Whisk
Whisk to a foam with the chasen in an M shape.

Enjoy
Drink right away — straight from the chawan.
Care tip
After use, simply rinse the bamboo whisk with warm water and let it dry on the holder. Not in the dishwasher — natural bamboo is sensitive to high temperatures and aggressive cleaning agents.
