As soon as your order arrives at DieTees , it passes through several stages — and you can follow it here on this page at any time:

ShippedYour parcel is with DHL and on its way to you. In the shipping confirmation email you'll find a DHL tracking number, which lets you follow your parcel right to your door.

Frequently asked questions about order tracking
Where do I find my order number?
Your order number is in the order confirmation emailyou receive straight after purchase. It typically looks like this: #12345. Search your inbox for messages from DieTees or the subject "Order confirmation". If needed, check your spam folder too.
I haven't received a confirmation email — what should I do?
In most cases, the email has ended up in your spam or promotions folder. If you still can't find it there, drop us a quick message with your name and, if applicable, the email address you used — we'll send you the confirmation again.
How long does shipping take?
Within Germany, DHL delivery typically takes 1–3 working days after shipping. Orders placed before 1 pm ship the same working day. Locally in Walldorf, Sandhausen, Schwetzingen and other towns we deliver the same evening — see Shipping information.
Where's my DHL tracking link?
As soon as your order leaves the warehouse, you'll get a shipping confirmation email with the DHL tracking number and a direct link to DHL tracking. You can use it to follow your parcel right through to delivery.
The status says 'processing' — is that normal?
Yes — "processing" means: we've received your order and are putting it together. As soon as it's handed over to DHL, the status changes to "Shipped" and you'll receive the tracking number by email.
My parcel hasn't arrived — what now?
If DHL tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you haven't received it: first check with your neighbours and see if there's a notification slip in your letterbox. If that doesn't help, get in touch with us — we'll start an investigation together with DHL.
Can I change my delivery address afterwards?
As long as your parcel hasn't been shipped yet, yes. Get in touch right away with your order number — we'll try to correct the address before shipping. Once it's shipped, an address change via DHL is unfortunately only possible to a limited extent.
