Before you enquire

There is no fixed minimum order value. As a rule, B2B enquiries start at 5 kg per variety or a total value of €250 net. For co-branded gift boxes, the minimum order is 25 sets. Depending on your business model, we can also find solutions for smaller starting quantities.
We work with tiered pricing: from 5 kg, from 20 kg and from 50 kg per variety each level gives a better price per kilo. For co-branded gift boxes, volume discounts apply from 50, 100 and 250 sets. You will receive exact terms in your personal quote.
We place your logo together with the DieTees logo on the label of the gift packaging. You provide a vector file of your logo (SVG, AI or PDF) — we create a draft for your approval. On request, you can also have a custom accompanying card designed with your own text.
Yes. Within the EU, we ship using the reverse-charge procedure (for businesses with a valid VAT ID). Shipping costs depend on weight and destination country — we will tell you in advance.
Yes. We produce tea under your own brand — from label design through packaging to the finished product. We discuss minimum quantities, design requirements and lead times individually, as these vary by product.
After you send your enquiry, we send you a pro forma invoice together with samples of the desired varieties (usually as 30–50 g sample bags). This lets you taste at leisure and check the quality before making your final decision.
In the B2B sector, we work with advance payment by bank transfer: you first receive a pro forma invoice together with the samples. As soon as payment has been received in our account, your order goes out for shipping. For regular customers, individual terms are possible after several successful orders.
As soon as payment for the pro forma invoice has been received, your order leaves within 2–5 business days our warehouse. For co-branded gift boxes or private label orders, the lead time is 10–18 days, as we produce individually for you. Express service available on request.
Absolutely. B2B orders with us are handled the classic way, through the contact form. You do not need to register in the webshop. Once the terms are agreed, we confirm the order directly with you.
