Ich hatte vor kurzen den Matcha Tee bestellt und ich muss sagen eine einzige Enttäuschung. Beim öffnen der Tüte kam mir schon ein eigenartiger grasiger Geruch entgegen und dann nach der Zubereitung, der Tee schmeckte fischig , es ist nicht mein Geschmack. Wundervolle Tees und großartiger Kundenservice
Durch einen glücklichen Zufall bin ich auf „DieTees“ gestoßen und bin nach der ersten Bestellung von der Auswahl an verschiedenen Tees und deren außergewöhnliche Qualität so begeistert, dass ich wiederholt bestellt habe und weiterhin werde. Auch der Kundenservice ist überragend, mit stets schneller und sehr wertschätzender Reaktion. Die Ware wurde bisher meist direkt am ersten Werktag aufgegeben und mit Einlieferungsbeleg von DHL bestätigt. Schneller geht’s nicht. Die Zustellung über DHL dauert ab Mannheim jedoch ungewohnt länger als üblich, ist i.d.R. mit 5 Tagen, wenn man dies weiß immer noch akzeptabel. Ich zähle es mit zur „Entschleunigung“, wie beim Genuss der Tees ;-)

Frequently asked questions about buying tea
Was ist besser: loser Tee oder Teebeutel?
Loose tea usually offers more aroma and is easier to dose accurately. You can also see the ingredients and leaf quality much more clearly. With tea bags, some of the aroma is often lost, and the leaves are usually more finely cut. If you value flavour and transparency, loose tea is generally the better choice.
Wie viel Tee brauche ich pro Tasse?
For one cup, 1 to 2 teaspoons of loose tea are usually enough. The exact amount depends on the type of tea, personal taste and cup size. You'll find a precise recommendation for dosage and steeping time on the packaging of each of our varieties.

Wie sollte ich Tee am besten lagern?
