How to prepare BIO Kamillentee „Relax“

A sufficiently long infusion brings the different herbs, flowers and fruit peels together.

Temperature95–100°C

Use freshly boiled water.

Amount1.5tsp

Per approx. 250 ml water.

Infusion6–8min.

Strain completely afterwards.

Mild, floral and pleasantly lemony.

Pour 95–100°C water over 1.5 teaspoons per 250 ml, infuse for approximately 6–8 minutes and strain completely.

Fresh and citrusy when chilled.

For iced tea, prepare the blend slightly stronger with hot water, strain after infusion and allow to cool. Serve well chilled or over ice.
