PREPARATION

How to brew it

Classic preparation

  1. 1 heaped teaspoon per 250 ml of water
  2. Water temperature approx. 75–80 °C – not too hot, otherwise the green tea turns bitter
  3. Let steep for 2–3 minutes
  4. Iced-tea tip: use a double amount (2 tsp / 250 ml), steep for 3 minutes, cool and serve over ice cubes
