Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract:

For this purpose, you can use the sample withdrawal form below , although this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal of this contract, to repay it.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of paymentthat you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this repayment.

We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods without undue delay or hand them over immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

Return Costs

We bear the cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Return Conditions for Food (Tea)

As our teas are perishable food items , the following conditions apply to a return:

• The main pack must be unopened and in perfect, undamaged condition .
• The original packaging must not be damaged (seal/closure intact).
• Already opened or damaged tea packs, for hygiene reasons, cannot be taken back.
