For which order sizes can I request the tea sample?
The free tea sample is available with our large pack sizes: 250 g and 1000 g. This way, even with larger orders, you can be sure you will like the variety before opening the main pack. Per order, we send a 5 g sample of the ordered variety — enough for 1–2 cups.
When and how do I request the tea sample?
You complete your order in the shop as usual. Right after completing your order send us a quick message via the contact form or by email to info@dietees.de. Please include your order number , so we can match the sample to your shipment. We then pack it into the same parcel — no extra shipping, no delay.
Is the tea sample really free?
Yes — the 5 g sample and shipping are completely free. It is sent together with your regular order, so no additional shipping costs arise.
What happens if I do not like the variety?
Thanks to the sample, you have already noticed before opening the main pack that the variety is not for you. In that case: unopened main pack within 30 days — send it back to us after receipt. We will refund the full purchase price as well as the return shipping costs — no risk, no hassle.
Can I get a different variety as a sample?
As a rule, we send the sample of the ordered variety along with your order, so you can test that exact one before opening the main pack. If you would like to try a different variety as a recommendation, just let us know — we will check what is possible.
Do I get the sample without an active request?
