How is the tea prepared?
Herbal and fruit blends: boiling water (100 °C), 5–10 min steeping. Mate, green or black tea blends: a lower temperature (75–95 °C), 2–5 min. One heaped teaspoon per 250 ml. Also enjoyable as iced tea.
