PREPARATION
How to brew the perfect cup — hot or as iced tea
As the tea is caffeine-free and consists exclusively of fruits and flowers, it tolerates boiling water very well. It becomes summery and refreshing when chilled:
📌 Classic preparation
- Water temperature: 95–100 °C (freshly boiling)
- Dosage: 1 heaped tsp per 250 ml (~2 g)
- Steeping time: 8–10 minutes
- Enjoy: plain — the fruity sweetness comes from the fruits themselves
🧊 As a summery iced tea
- Brew the tea hot as above — a little stronger (1.5 tsp per 250 ml)
- After steeping, strain and let cool in the fridge
- Pour over ice cubes — optionally with fresh pineapple or orange slices and mint
- For extra sunshine feeling: add a dash of lime juice

- Shelf life: approx. 12–18 months (fruit teas with flavourings are a little more sensitive than pure herbs)

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Answers about the Florida Pineapple-Papaya Fruit Tea
Yes — the blend contains exclusively fruits, flowers and natural flavourings without natural caffeine. The tea is therefore suitable all day — even in the evening.
Tropical-fruity, sweet and summery — the juicy notes of pineapple and papaya combine with the fruity sweetness of the apple pieces, zesty orange and the refreshing tartness of hibiscus. A clear, fruity, sunny flavour profile — like a sip of Florida sunshine in the cup.
Pour 1.5 tsp per 250 ml with 95–100 °C hot water, steep for 8–10 minutes. Strain, cool in the fridge, serve over ice cubes — optionally with pineapple or orange slices, fresh mint and a dash of lime juice.
Both are tropical-fruity blends. The Florida tea is pineapple-papaya focused with zesty orange and tart hibiscus — clear and fruity-sweet. The Fruit Colada is tropical-creamy with pineapple and coconut — sweeter and more exotic. A matter of personal taste.
The blend contains hibiscus flowers and citrus peel, which have a tart character. For a sensitive stomach we recommend enjoying the tea in moderate amounts or shortening the steeping time a little (5–7 min) — this makes the acidity milder.

Note: Taste descriptions are subjective and may vary slightly depending on batch and preparation. This tea is a food, not a medicine. Contains sugar (sugared papaya and pineapple pieces). Due to the hibiscus and citrus content, we recommend moderate consumption for a sensitive stomach.
