How to brew the perfect cup — please use only lukewarm water
Important: This premium white tea is especially delicate and cannot tolerate boiling water — the lower water temperature is absolutely essential:

Dosage: 1 heaped tsp per 250 ml (~2 g) — buds need a little more volume

High-quality bud white teas like White Downy are especially well suited to multiple infusions — the buds can be infused 3–4 times, each time revealing new facets of flavour. The first infusion highlights the delicately honeyed character, the second brings out the hay-like sweetness, and the third and fourth unfold the finer floral notes in particular harmony. Extend the steeping time slightly from the 2nd infusion onward (4–6 min).
