Infuse 1 heaped teaspoon per 250 ml with water at 70–80°C for approximately 2–4 minutes. Strain completely and preferably enjoy plain.

The leaves can be infused again.

For further infusions, pour water at a similar temperature over the used leaves and adjust the steeping time slightly according to the desired intensity.
