PREPARATION
How to get the perfect infusion — plain or chai-style
📌 Classic preparation
- Water temperature: 95–100 °C (freshly boiled)
- Dosage: 1 heaped tsp per 250 ml (~2 g)

- Enjoy: plain or with a little honey
🥛 As a chai-style drink
- Prepare the tea hot as above — dosed a little stronger (1.5 tsp per 250 ml)

- Optionally sweeten with a little honey or maple syrup — your warming chai-style drink is ready

Geschmacklich ist der Tee dezent und natürlich – für mich aber etwas zu mild. Etwas weniger Kopfschmerzen wären trotzdem prima. Trotzdem hochwertig und angenehm.
