BREWING
How to get the perfect brew — plain or chai-style
📌 Classic preparation
- Water temperature: 95–100 °C (freshly boiled)
- Dosage: 1 heaped tsp per 250 ml (~2 g)
- Steeping time: 5–7 minutes
- Enjoy: plain or with a little honey
🥛 As a chai-style drink
- Brew the tea hot as described above — dosed a little stronger (1.5 tsp per 250 ml)
- After steeping, strain and refine with a splash of hot plant-based milk (oat or almond)
- Optionally sweeten with a little honey or maple syrup — your spicy chai-style drink is ready
