Our Organic Strong Man Tea is a carefully composed organic mate-black tea blend with classic spice accents: tart, grassy organic mate from South America, full-bodied, malty organic Assam black tea, sharp, fresh organic ginger and spicy, floral organic cardamom. The result: a spicy, bold organic teaBrewed hot, it's an invigorating treat for active mornings — enjoy it plain without added sugar, with a little honey, or as a robust cold brew for something especially refined.

Our organic seal DE-ÖKO-039 guarantees: no synthetic pesticides, no artificial fertilizers, no genetic engineering.South America, the Assam black tea from northeastern India, ginger and cardamom from India/Sri Lanka, and nettle and accompanying herbs from European organic farming. Blended and packed in Germany.

mate and Assam black tea, the tea contains a substantial amount of natural caffeine. It is therefore not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, children, or people who are sensitive to caffeine. If you'd rather avoid caffeine, we offer many caffeine-free organic herbal teas
90 °C (not boiling). Steeping time: 4–5 minutes. Mate and Assam don't tolerate 100 °C — let the water sit briefly off the boil. at least 18 months
