In the infusion, the tea reveals a clear golden-yellow cup and a soft, aniseedy-herbaceous bouquet. The aromas unfold in several layers:

Protected from light — avoid direct sunlight
After opening, consume within 6 months for the best aromas
freshly boiling water (95–100 °C). This helps to release the aromas of the fennel and anise seeds optimally. Steeping time: 6–8 minutes — steep longer for a more intense taste.
