In the infusion, the tea presents a clear golden-yellow cup and a soft, floral-herbaceous bouquet. The aromas unfold in several layers:
First note: mild-lemony lemon balm, fresh-green
Middle: gently floral lavender, fine and light
Finish: warm-round through chamomile
Mouthfeel: soft, light, without bitterness

mild and floral-herbaceousFor this herbal tea we recommend freshly boiling water (95–100 °C). This helps to release the herbs' aromas optimally. Steeping time: 6–8 minutes — steep longer for a more intense flavour.
