PREPARATION
How to brew the perfect cup — hot or as iced tea
Since the tea is caffeine-free and consists solely of fruit and blossoms, it tolerates boiling water very well. It's especially summery when served chilled:

Water temperature: 95–100 °C (freshly boiled)
Dosage: 1 heaped tsp per 250 ml (~2 g)
Steeping time: 8–10 minutes
Enjoy: plain — the natural fruit sweetness needs no sugar
🧊 As a summery iced tea
Brew the tea hot as above — dosed slightly stronger (1.5 tsp per 250 ml)
After steeping, strain and let cool in the refrigerator
Pour over ice cubes — optionally with fresh strawberries, raspberries and mint leaves for extra summer vibes
