PREPARATION
How to get the perfect brew — hot or as iced tea
Since this tea contains green tea, a slightly lower water temperature applies than for pure herbal or mate teas — this helps you avoid bitterness from the green tea:
📌 Classic preparation
Water temperature: 80–85 °C (let the water cool for 1–2 min. after boiling)
Dosage: 1 heaped tsp per 250 ml (~2 g)
Steeping time: 3–5 minutes
Enjoy: neat or with a splash of fresh lemon

Prepare the tea hot as above — dosed a little stronger (1.5 tsp per 250 ml)
After steeping, strain and let cool in the refrigerator
Pour over ice cubes — optionally with fresh lemon/lime slices and mint

Yes — due to the combination of Sencha green tea and mate, the tea contains natural caffeine. Per cup (250 ml) the content is approximately 30–50 mg, somewhat less than coffee (~80–100 mg).
