Bij DieTees vindt u het volledige spectrum aan biologische thee: klassieke soorten zoals Japan Sencha (groen) en Bio Assam FTGFOP-1 (zwart), cafeïnevrije alternatieven zoals Bio Rooibos Vanille, evenals kruiden- en vruchtenthees zoals de aromavrije Bio Fruitix. Van groene, zwarte, witte en Oolong-thee via rooibos, mate en matcha tot kruiden- en vruchtenthees – elke theesoort heeft haar eigen aromaprofiel en eigen bereiding. Welke theesoorten zijn er bij DieTees?
Ons assortiment omvat groene, zwarte, witte en Oolong-thee, matcha, rooibos, mate, Pu-Erh en talrijke kruiden- en vruchtenthees – elke soort met een eigen karakter en eigen bereiding.
Welke theesoorten bevatten cafeïne?
Groene, zwarte, witte en Oolong-thee evenals mate en Pu-Erh bevatten van nature cafeïne in wisselende hoeveelheden. Rooibos en de meeste kruiden- en vruchtenthees zijn cafeïnevrij.
Hoe vind ik de juiste theesoort voor mij?
Gebruik onze subcategorieën om gericht op theesoort te filteren – voor een verkwikkende start zijn groene, zwarte of mate-thee geschikt, voor de avond cafeïnevrije rooibos- of kruidenthees.
Hoe verschilt de bereiding per theesoort?
Groene en witte thee worden kort getrokken met koeler water (70–80 °C), zwarte thee, rooibos en de meeste kruidenthees wat langer met bruisend water (100 °C). Details vindt u in de betreffende productbeschrijving.
Hoe lang zijn losse thees houdbaar?
Afhankelijk van de theesoort zijn onze losse thees bij luchtdichte, tegen licht beschermde bewaring ongeveer 12–24 maanden houdbaar. Koel en droog bewaren.
